What do I get with my purchase?
Full, lifetime access to the guide for the city you choose: vintage markets, workshops, festivals, restaurants, live events and addresses no tourist map will show you.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the guide is yours: no renewals, no recurring charges, nothing to cancel.
Is the guide kept up to date?
Yes. I keep addresses, hours and events updated all the time, and every update is included in your purchase.
Can I get a refund?
The guides are digital content available immediately: at checkout you agree to receive it right away and, as the law provides, waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using it. If something went wrong with a payment, write to me and we'll sort it out.
How do I pay?
By card via Stripe, or with PayPal. Payment is secure and happens only once.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can install Life in Cocoa as an app on your phone: pages you've already opened stay available with no connection, while you walk the city.
What language is the guide in?
Five languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. Switch anytime from the top menu, even while you are reading the guide.
