What do I get with a membership?
Full access to the city guide for your chosen city (or all of them, with the “All cities” plan): vintage markets, workshops, festivals, restaurants and addresses no tourist map will show you. Always up to date.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The “One city” plan unlocks a single city (Florence today). The “All cities” plan unlocks every city, including future ones, at a locked price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your account. Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
The guides are digital content available immediately: at checkout you agree to receive it right away and, as the law provides, waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using it. You can still cancel anytime: we won't renew you and you keep access until the end of the period. If something went wrong with a charge, write to me and we'll sort it out.
How do I pay?
By card via Stripe, or with PayPal. Payment is secure and recurring monthly.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can install Life in Cocoa as an app on your phone: pages you've already opened stay available with no connection, while you walk the city.
Are the guides in Italian or English?
Both. Switch language anytime from the top menu.
