The service

Life in Cocoa provides digital city guides, sold individually. Content is informational; hours and events may change: always confirm before you go.

Purchase & payments

Each guide is bought with a single payment: it is not a subscription and there are no renewals or recurring charges. Access to a purchased guide does not expire for as long as the service operates and includes content updates.

Withdrawal & refunds

As this is digital content with immediate access, at purchase you agree to immediate delivery and waive the right of withdrawal once access has begun. For any problem, write to ciao@lifeincocoa.com and we'll sort it out.

Ownership

Guide content belongs to Life in Cocoa. Personal use only: redistribution is not permitted.
